summary:Compatibility is the deepest cultural experience that anatolia offers to the world.

The anatolian lands are not a crossroads of cultures, but a coexistence ground.Beliefs, languages, and traditions that seem different from each other on the surface have established a truce here without destroying each other.

this union is neither a synthesis nor a fusion, each having learned to listen to the other and to be in union while retaining its own identity.

Ashura is the symbol of this cultural structure.

different flavors, colors and textures come together

each maintaining its character, but all meeting in a common flavor. This is the expression of the genuine dialogue hidden in the ancient wisdom understanding of anatolia.

It is based on the anatolian coexistence, multiculturalism and their genuine relations with each other, while the modern world is based on destroying the concept of civilization, erasing progress and history.

today, perhaps, more than anything else, we need to be able to be together, not by destroying, but by keeping alive.

Metin bobaroğlu and ayşe acar, guided by the sayings of alevi-bektaşi, rekindle the sacred fire beneath that deep statement, covered with ashes, with conversations made by ancient wisdom at the crossroads of anatolia.
