Usage note / cleaning and maintenance

Before the first use, the mold should be cleaned with warm water, mild liquid dish soap, and a soft sponge, and then completely dried. the batter mixture should be divided evenly into the molds, and the eyes should not be completely filled to prevent overflow during baking.

While the coating helps reduce adhesion, it may be preferable to slightly oil the eyes according to the recipe used, or to use appropriately sized paper capsules.

Metal knives, forks, or rigid spatulas should not be used when removing baked goods from the mold. kitchen utensils with silicone, wooden, or plastic tips should be preferred.

During cleaning, avoid using steel wool, harsh scrapers, and abrasive cleaning products. we recommend hand-washing the product and allowing it to air dry completely before storing.
