A smart person will not buy underwear from this company. The product, which was supposed to be carelessly packaged and normally come in a box, was placed in a transparent bag and was delivered to me deformed. I created a return code from the company ELIFNAZ hn. It will not be returned by the hygienic rules, and this is not written in the description. How can the lady decide according to her own wishes? Even though I explained the situation clearly to the lady, her speech style and approach were not constructive at all. Definitely Trendyol is over for me again. I didn't expect this from such a corporate company. Customer satisfaction is zero! I don't recommend it to anyone either. Unfortunately, I had to give one point because I couldn't give any points.
