How to use: Before use, make sure your hand is clean and dry. Apply the remover to a cotton pad and leave it on your eyes for a few seconds. Gently rub the skin with the cotton pad soaked in remover to remove makeup from the skin. Make sure to remove all traces of makeup gently and without rubbing the skin vigorously.
