ُEasy Clean Easy Clean Automatic Laundry Detergent Powder 10 kg

Hello, Mr./Ms. ____, Thank you for reaching out to us and for your trust in our product. I apologize for the confusion caused by the unclear information on the packaging. This type of our "Easy Clean" product is specifically designed for front-loading washing machines as well as high-efficiency (HE) automatic washing machines, as shown in the product image, and by nature it produces low foam. Excessive foam in these types of washers can cause: 1) poor cleaning performance because water does not reach the clothes properly; 2) soap residue on clothes; 3)- An error message may also appear on the washing machine display if there is excessive foam. We have added an image stating "Suitable for Front-Loading Washers" on the packaging. Based on your feedback, the design will be updated to clearly include the phrase "Low Foam" in the next edition. You can use it with confidence in your washing machine; just use the amount specified on the package and you’ll get the same results. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thank you again for your feedback, which will help us improve our products. Customer Service Team
