Product Q&As
Hello I am renting my house and items will be covered in one room. can we use this on regular room door. Is there any other product needed? Will this set be enough? Also, when the power goes out, the lock will be out of circuit and the door will not open, right? I want my belongings to stay safe. Someone who knows electricity can install this set
Answer from Electrima
Hello dear customer, you can use the product on your normal room door. The set includes an RFID encrypted door lock, push-to-open latch, adapter, 10 tags, and user manual. In the event of a power outage, the door will not open because the locking system will be disabled, so your belongings will remain safe. It is recommended that the product be installed by a person who understands electricity, as it operates with DC 12V. Detailed information is included in the product descriptions and features. We wish you a nice day.

How exactly is it used? When you open the door, does the bell ring? Can't even a locksmith open it without a password?
Answer from Electrima
Hello dear customer, The product works in 3 different modes: it can be opened with only card, only password, or card + password combination. When the door is opened, the light and sound confirmation system is activated. Without a password, no key can be copied or valid except for the card defined in the system, so the risk of unauthorized opening is minimal. All management operations are password-protected, eliminating the need for master cards or identification cards. Detailed information is included in the product descriptions and features. We wish you a nice day.
