a vacuum channel and sealing section are located under the opening lid. the technical values specified in the device's manual are 120 w power, 100–240 v operating voltage, and 50–60 hz frequency. during use, the open edge of the bag should be aligned with the vacuum channel and a gap of more than 3 cm should be left between the food and the bag mouth. a 20-second break is required in consecutive sealing operations. it is stated to wait 90 seconds for the sealing section to cool down. if thermal protection is activated, approximately 2 minutes of cooling may be required. the hot sealing surface should not be touched after the process is completed

the power connection should be disconnected before cleaning.
