For quick relief (local application): Apply to the sensitive tooth with your fingertip up to 2 times a day and gently massage for 1 minute. Long-term use/daily care: Apply to a soft toothbrush and brush your teeth twice a day. Important warnings (from the packaging): The "quick relief application with fingertip" is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. For children 6 years and under: use only a pea-sized amount and brush under adult supervision to prevent swallowing. Consult your dentist/doctor for additional fluoride intake. If sensitivity persists, it is recommended to consult a dentist.
