Wipe the product down with a damp, soft cloth. Once you’re sure it’s completely dry, fill the hopper. To use, loosen the metal adjustment screw on the top of the grinder to remove the lid. Add coarse-grained salt, black pepper, or dry spices suitable for grinding to the transparent hopper. Replace the lid and tighten the metal adjustment screw. Hold the grinder upright and turn the top section to grind the spices. You can achieve a finer grind by tightening the metal adjustment screw, or a coarser grind by loosening it.
