Eyes Force Blue Light Protection Computer Goggles

Product description

Why should you use blue light protected glasses? The time we spend in front of digital screens is increasing a little more every day, and that's why a new study is added every day to the research on the effect of blue light emitted from digital screens on human health. Energy-saving bulbs, led lighting, tv and computer screens, tablets and smartphones, which we use a lot in our daily lives, are energy sources that contain a high amount of blue light. With the increase of these types of artificial light sources, blue light has been referred to as causing health problems such as squinting, headache, retina damage, cataracts, and disruption of the circadian rhythm.

Although studies on the effects of long-term exposure to blue light on human health are still ongoing, Experts agree that long periods of blue light exposure disrupt the cycle of rest we naturally experience at night and staying awake and alert during the day (the circadian clock). The blue light waves emitted from artificial light sources cause the brain to think it is midday. Especially when we are exposed to blue light after the sun sets in the evening

it has been observed that blue light inhibits the brain's sleep hormone, namely melatonin secretion, making it difficult for a person to fall asleep. It is stated that this situation can lead to sleep disorders, eye fatigue, headaches, a feeling of fatigue, and other health problems. Research specifically indicates that the blue light emitted by led lamps can cause permanent damage to the retina and, consequently, lead to vision loss. Blue light blocking glasses (also known as screen glasses) offer protection by filtering out blue light emitted directly from our everyday devices like cell phones, tablets, computer screens, and other artificial light sources.
