Product Q&As
Hello, is it suitable for dry skin?
Answer from FENCY
Hello sir, thank you for your interest. It is suitable for dry skin, but we recommend cleansing milk for those with very dry skin. We also recommend using Fency hyaluronic acid serum for dry skin.

Hello, thank you very much for the gift I bought from you. So can I use this product in the same routine with your retinol, whitining serums and other products? Or is there a particular ingredient you say not to use together?
Answer from FENCY
Hello sir, thank you for your interest. After cleansing your skin, use retinol alone in your evening routine. Do not use any other serum. Apply only moisturizing cream, if it does not cause allergies, you can use it once a week or at most 4 times. When you use retinol, you can use it in your daytime routine. Be sure to protect your skin from sun rays with sunscreen. Do not use any serum if you sunbathe in the sea or pool during holidays.
