    Product Q&As

Hello, isn't this product for removing make-up?

    Answer from FENCY

Hello, Yes Sir, you can consider it as a two-phase cleansing; you can use gel after the first oil.

    Translated by Google

So it actually removes sunscreen as well without the need of gel? I don't like to use a lot of products. So if the oil alone is enough, I can continue with the tonic. Oil, gel, tonic is too much for me. :)

    Answer from FENCY

Yes sir, we recommend our cleansing oil for make-up, SPF-containing and generally oil-based products. If you do not like to use many products, you can use tonic after oil as you say.

    Translated by Google

Is it suitable for skin with dermatitis rose problem?

    Answer from FENCY

Hello sir, thank you for your interest. All our products are formulated for sensitive skin, unless you are allergic to the ingredients contained. Gentle cleansers contain post biotic. There is a small amount of perfume in the product. Are you allergic to perfume?
