Instructions for Use/Warnings
Start the process slowly to help your dog adjust to the brace. In the first few days, use it 3–5 times a day for 30–60 minutes per session, and gradually increase this duration over the course of a few days as your dog gets used to it. Initially, use the brace only during active moments, such as short walks or playtime, to help your dog adapt to its natural movements. After each session, remove the brace and gently check your dog’s skin for signs of redness, swelling, or irritation. Allow the skin to breathe for a while before the next application. Unless your veterinarian advises otherwise, always remove the brace at night to allow your dog to rest freely. If you notice any friction or unusual changes in your dog’s gait or posture, stop using the brace and consult your veterinarian. Every dog’s healing process is different; always follow your veterinarian’s instructions regarding frequency and duration of use.

How does a female dog pee? Her back is closed. What size should I buy for a 27 kg Goldana?
Answer from Fico Pets
Hello, we recommend that the support be removed during toilet for female dogs. There is an opening under the product for male dogs to urinate. However, our product is water-resistant and hand-washable, making it easy to clean as needed. For a 27 kg Golden, size M will probably be suitable. Could you please share your following measurements with us, so that we can advise you the most correct size: 1. Upper leg circumference, connected to the hip 2. Hip/abdomen circumference at the line where the tail ends. When you send the measurements, we can clearly confirm the suitable size for you.

My 31 kilo female golden retriever's back legs are not holding up right now, but we have to adjust our position so that she can pee, it is not possible to remove the part in that part. Isn't that pee pee suitable for female dogs?
Answer from Fico Pets
Yes, our product is also suitable for female dogs The opening at the bottom is designed not to cover the genital area while urinating. You can adjust its position by supporting its back part from the handle during the walk.

Hello again. Unfortunately, we cannot take it out due to its age. She has knee pain. All we want now is to be able to support her when she stands up in the house. The product you sent is nice, but the largest size seems to be L, is it still okay?
Answer from Fico Pets
Your lifting support is suitable for your friend in size L. ☺️
