Finis Forearm braces are a tool for developing early vertical forearm posture.

Product description

Forearm Fulcrums work to develop an Early Vertical Forearm (EVF) position and increase stroke efficiency. The EVF position relies on using the entire forearm during the pull, from the fingertips to the elbow. Forearm Fulcrums enhance stroke improvement through muscle memory of the correct hand, wrist, and forearm position. They also improve efficiency and maintain a strong, continuous pull from the beginning to the end of the stroke. These paddles are a versatile tool for all four swimming strokes. Features: • Correct Forearm Position: Promotes a grip with an Early Vertical Forearm (EVF) that helps draw water into every stroke. Elbow lift promotes a strong grip • Ideal for training sessions: Specifically designed to improve technique and refine strokes • Supports all stroke types: Improves hand position in butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, and freestyle • Figure-eight design: Connects the forearm and hand as one surface without allowing the wrist to bend • Helps prevent pain: Develops proper stroke memory and reduces shoulder strain. Care instructions: • Rinse in cold, non-chlorinated water after each use • Air dry on a towel • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may damage the material
