Finis Rubber Ankle Strap

Product description

The ankle support strap is an elastic band worn around the ankles to completely inhibit kicking motion. Ideally used with a foam drag float, the ankle support straps the ankles together, shifting the focus to building upper body strength. The ankle support strap comes in one universal size that fits all ankles. Features: • Completely eliminates kicking: The strap holds the feet close together, preventing the generation of propulsive force. • Focused workout: With the legs almost entirely excluded from swimming, the focus shifts to building upper body strength. • Universal fit: The strap can be twisted and adjusted to fit most swimmers. • Ideal for use during drag exercises: Great for improving the ability to pull and propel through the water. • Enhanced workout intensity: Can be used with a drag float for a more intense workout. Care instructions: • Rinse in cool, non-chlorinated water after each use. • Pat dry with a soft cloth. • Store indoors in a cool, dry place. • Do not leave in direct sunlight.
