Product Q&As
do you have to drill into the door
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, it does not require any modifications and its installation is quite simple.
Translated by Google
I couldn't find a wifi gateway in the products.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, unfortunately it is not in stock at the moment.

hi, i have a kerui alarm system. I use it with tuya. If I pair it with the tuya application, can I operate this lock and alarm so that it opens and closes when I turn it on and off from the remote control?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, yes you can run it sir.

IS IT SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR DOOR* I.E. RESISTANT TO RAIN AND MOISTURE? ALSO IS IT COMPATIBLE WITH A NORMAL KEY HEAD OR WILL IT HAVE A THICK KEY HEAD?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, yes, the smart door lock can be installed on the outside door, but we do not recommend installation in an open environment. It is not water resistant and also this product is a product that is used by installing on the inside of the door, not the outside.
Translated by Google
I mean the door is locked, first it locks and then it opens automatically, what is the reason for this?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, this situation is generally because the lock open/close direction and rotation calibration are not done correctly. We recommend that you recalibrate the lock through the application.

You write in the features that there is no keypad, but there is a keypad in the product and a keypad in the image, why is this happening?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, for detailed support on the issue, you can contact our technical support line on our website and on the product box during working hours on weekdays.
Translated by Google
Hello, when I arrive at my door, will the product automatically open my door by connecting via Bluetooth?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, for the Smart Door Lock, it does not open automatically when you enter the coverage area. You can manage it with our keypad or our application on the phone.
Translated by Google
Hello, I want to have it installed in the office. Can I turn it on and off with WiFi remotely? Can I open the gate for someone while I am out of town for example?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, a Gateway is required for remote control (on/off by Wi-Fi).
Translated by Google
I don't understand how voice control works.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, we do not have voice control feature.

Does it work with tuya application?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, our products have a tuya infrastructure.

So, for the product to work (I'm not asking for the first time), it must remain connected to the wifi network at all times? Say I come home, I won't be able to get in the house if wifi is down?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Yes, the product needs to be connected to the wifi network. Since the smart lock is installed on the inside of the door in case of power failure, you can open it with a key if your lock entry is suitable.
Translated by Google
Hello, where can I find detailed information about the application? For example, I would appreciate it if you could inform me whether there is an automatic opening when I enter the Bluetooth coverage area while I am in the elevator.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, we cannot direct the site via the panel. For Smart Door Lock, it will not open automatically when entering the coverage area. You can manage it with the keypad or our application on the phone.
Translated by Google
Is it integrated with Google Now and can it be placed on the shop door?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, it is not compatible with Google. Our Smart Door Lock product is suitable for door models with key entry. The product does not turn the door handle and doorknob. It is used by mounting on the key.
Translated by Google
Is this product available for every door now? And unfortunately we don't have wifi. Don't say if I lock this, no one can open it while I'm at work.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, our products only work with wifi connection. Gateway is needed for remote use after connecting it to wifi network. After making these connections, you can use it with mobile data from your phone, but a wifi network is needed to establish the connection in the first place.

Can we add via the Tuya application?

Is it possible to control via remote wifi? Can I open it with a key from the outside? How long do the batteries last? I'm considering it for a steel door.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, it is suitable for steel door. It is controlled by wifi but gateway is required for remote access. Our product is a product used by installing on the inside of the door. If your lock entry is suitable on both sides, you can open it with a key. It has a battery life of nearly 1 year. It sends you a notification near the end of the battery.
Translated by Google
Hello, can we control it remotely via wifi or do we need to add an extra product for control?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, the product is used with wifi, but the smart door lock cannot be controlled remotely without a gateway, sir.

How can we log in if the internet connection is lost? I am in an area where the internet is frequently disconnected.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, even if the battery is dead or there is no internet, if your lock is suitable for use with a key from both sides, it will work with the key without any problems. But it should be the proper type of lock for a door lock.

Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, you can use another gateway with a tuya infrastructure.
Translated by Google
Does it have a hands-free feature, that is, does the door open automatically when we approach the door? I could not find such a feature on the website.
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, there is no.
Translated by Google
We are thinking about it for the summer house, when we are not at home for a long time and the battery is dead, it does not prevent us from turning it on with the key, right?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, the product sends a battery notification when the battery is about to run out. If this notification is taken into consideration, there will be no problem. However, when the battery runs out, the door may not open manually when you want to open it because the key is stuck in the back.
Translated by Google
I wonder which product is the Wifi gateway?
Answer from Fonri Türkiye

Translated by Google

Answer from Fonri Türkiye
Hello, sir, the smart door lock cannot be controlled remotely without a wifi gateway. Even if the battery is dead and there is no internet, if your lock is suitable for use with a key from both sides, it works without any problems. (But it should be the proper type of lock for a door lock.)
