Fucicort Cream 30g.
Fucidinic Acid / Betamethasone 20mg, 1mg / 1g Cream.
Why Fucidinic Acid / Betamethasone is used: The combination of Fucidinic Acid and Betamethasone is used to treat inflammatory skin conditions (such as ) that are also infected with bacteria.
Do not take Fucidinic Acid / Betamethasone: If you are allergic to the active ingredients or any other components of this medicine.
To treat viral skin infections, such as ulcers or chickenpox.
To treat fungal skin infections.
To treat a skin condition called rosacea, which is redness and inflammation on your nose and cheeks.
To treat perioral dermatitis (an intermittent red rash around your mouth or chin).
If you suffer from tuberculosis or syphilis.
To treat infected dermatitis in children under one year of age.
To treat acne.
Warnings and Precautions: Tell your doctor about all your health conditions before using this drug.
Be careful if you will use this drug near your eyes.
If you use this drug for a long time or in large quantities, you may experience side effects or it may lead to not killing bacteria.
Do not use the medicine for a long time on your face.
Unless your doctor tells you to, you should not use this medicine on open wounds or sensitive areas such as the nostrils, ears, lips, or genitals.
You should not use this medicine on thin skin, skin ulcers, broken veins, or acne.
Possible Side Effects: Stop using this product and seek immediate medical attention if you develop a rash
itching
red, sore, or peeling skin
chest or throat tightness
difficulty breathing, swallowing, or speaking
unusual hoarseness or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
The frequency of these side effects is unknown.
Tell your doctor if you experience any of these symptoms: skin thinning, stretch marks, hair growth, appearance of small veins on the skin surface, skin discoloration, change in vision.
Other medicines and Fucidinic Acid / Betamethasone: Tell your doctor about all medicines you are taking.
How to take Fucidinic Acid / Betamethasone: This drug is for external use only.
Use this drug as directed by your doctor.
Usually applied twice daily.
How to store Fucidinic Acid / Betamethasone: Store at room temperature from 68 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit (20 to 25 degrees Celsius).
Keep this medicine out of the reach of children.
Do not use this medicine after the expiry date mentioned on the package.
