Secure the lid properly and close the latch (if present).; 4. Drying Process 1. Grasp the soft rotation knob on top with your hand.; 2. Turn it clockwise to rotate the container.; 3. Turn it for about 10–15 seconds and wait for the greens to dry.; 4. Repeat the process if necessary.; 5. Draining Water 1. Pour out the water that has collected in the outer container during the drying process.; 2. Check the dryness of the greens.; 6.
