Operates on 220 V Saudi electricity
Answer from NASAQ

Is there a warranty?
Answer from NASAQ
The machine itself is two years old, but the fabric isn't.

Some people say it works on special cups? What characteristics must the cups have for the printing to come out well?
Answer from NASAQ
We have mugs in our store, but the printing has to be done using sublimation.

Is it suitable for printing on fabric?
Answer from NASAQ
The fabric has its own press, but the idea is to wrap the fabric around the cup and print on a very narrow section; pressing the fabric requires a special press.

What are the sizes of the boots?
Answer from NASAQ
30 ounces, 2 ceramic cups

Hello, I would like to confirm before ordering. Can this heat press print on: * 11oz ceramic mugs? * 15oz ceramic mugs? * 20oz skinny tumblers? * 30oz tumblers? Also, is it 220V? Thank you.
Answer from NASAQ
Yes, definitely—it’s best to print 11-ounce or 15-ounce cups two at a time to ensure better balance. Of course, printing 20-ounce and 30-ounce cups is easy and convenient; sublimation inks and paper are available in our store.
