Product Q&As
Hello, I understand now. But I need one more blackout curtain to cover the remaining side. If you could provide me with one additional blackout curtain, I would really appreciate it. I can order it separately through the app and I will pay for it, InshaAllah. Please let me know if you can provide one extra curtain. Thank you so much for your help.

Dear Ohtex Home, I recently purchased a mosquito net with curtains from your store. Unfortunately, I received curtains on only two sides, while the curtains for the other two sides are missing. The product was advertised as having curtains on all four sides, so I am disappointed to receive an incomplete item. Please check my order and arrange to send the missing two curtains as soon as possible. I hope you will resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your cooperation.
Answer from OHTEX HOME
Hello, I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding! The blackout curtains that come with this mosquito net are designed to cover three sides (front + left and right sides, a total of 2 curtains). One curtain can cover one side and half of the front, but it does not cover all four sides
