I ordered two 2500W power adapters, but the ones that arrived were 2000W—unlike what’s shown in the photo and in the description. I’m not sure if this is a mistake due to negligence or fraud.

The products differ from the details listed on the website; they do not match the specifications listed there. The website says 2,500 watts, but it turned out to be only 2,000 watts!!! And to make matters worse, the color and shape are different.

15June2026

It's really bad—it's a total rip-off. It's not 3,000 watts, it's 2,000, and the quality is poor. Plus, it's just one unit, not two like advertised.
