Instructions for Use/Warnings
The child grips the handles and stands with his feet exactly in the middle of the rope. He pulls the handles upward toward his shoulders. Ideal position: The handles should reach the level of the armpits. If they are longer, it is best to shorten them from the inside of the wooden handle [1.1.2, 1.1.4]. 2. Basic Body Position: Stand upright: Look straight ahead while keeping the back straight (avoid looking down). Arms: Keep the elbows close to the sides of the body, with the hands slightly apart at waist level. Rotational Movement: The rope should be rotated from the wrists, not the entire arms. 3. Timing and Jumping: Start by placing the rope behind the feet. Swing the rope over the head and forward in a smooth motion. As the rope approaches the ground in front of the feet, the child takes a light jump.
