Product details
Product description
it is a funny Saudi souvenir fridge magnet.
It features a red circle with a white slash through it, the universal symbol for "
no, "
above the Arabic text "
No men allowed"
Below the symbol and text is "
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia"
The humor comes from the fact that the symbol and text are typically used to prohibit something, but on this magnet, it's specifically men who are not allowed.
Whether or not this fridge magnet reflects a reality in Saudi Arabia is debatable.
While the country does have a strict dress code for both men and women, there are no places where men are explicitly banned.
So, this magnet is more of a playful jab at Saudi culture, rather than a reflection of everyday life there.
