    Product details

    Product description

    This tool is a common kitchen tool used for knife maintenance and sharpening. It features three distinct slots, each serving a different function in the sharpening process: the Repair/Coarse stage, often used to repair dull or severely damaged blades

    the Sharpen stage, used to hone the blade and restore the V-edge

    and the Honing/Polish stage, used to smooth the knife edge and remove any minor burrs, resulting in a razor-sharp edge. The handle is ergonomically designed (red and black in this image) and allows the user to securely grip the base to the cutting board while pulling the knife through the slots. To use, the knife is pulled through each slot in sequence (usually from coarse to fine) several times to restore its sharpness.
