It's nice, but there's a lot of unnecessary talk and stuff, but I'd still recommend it.

This is a useful book that discusses common psychological complexes, not complex medical conditions. The illustrations are unclear, meaning the book is a reprint and not from the original publisher. However, the text is clear, and that is what matters. The book is useful for understanding your own psychological complexes and those of others, as well as how to deal with them. To reiterate, it discusses common, widespread complexes such as narcissism and emotional negativity, not mental illnesses like depression, schizophrenia, or hallucinations.
