Gizem Ecemiş Jolanka Coffee Lace Imported Corset Bustier

Very nice product but too small for me

I GAVE IT 5 STARS TO BE SEEN AT THE TOP. MY MAIN NOTE -1 I ordered from the Gizem Ecemiş page. "The product arrived today and before opening the package, I saw this note on it: ""In case of return of the product, please send it with two hangers."" Frankly, I was really surprised when I saw the note." Because the package did not contain two hangers, not even any hangers. 🤦🏻 ‍ ♀️ When returning it, I am asked to send it with two straps, but the product is sent to me without straps. If two straps are required for returns, shouldn't they be included with the product when it is shipped? Where do I get two hangers and return it? It is really annoying to encounter such a note as soon as you receive the goods and try to understand the logic of this. It never seemed right to me to ask the customer for something missing when sending the product to the customer, during the return process. I will make sure to send the product I will return completely, but why should I take responsibility for the two hangers that were not sent to me? My order experience unfortunately started off negative with the first delivery for this reason. I wish instead when sending the item to the customer, the required parts were sent complete. RETURN it just for that reason.
