Dr. Karim, I received the glycine today, but the box is hot to the touch. I don't know whether to use it or return it. They don't seem to care, and there's no AC in the car.

Welcome, there is no problem. All the products have undergone heat tests, and glycine is an amino acid that is not affected.

I mean, will the muscles be clearly defined like a man's? Because I ordered it and I'm worried they might be too bulky and look unnatural—for women, of course.
Answer from Harmony Well
Don't worry. There is nothing in the world that takes out the muscles of glycine alone does not make a woman's muscles as prominent as men. The appearance of large and clear muscles requires intensive resistance training, special diets and hormonal factors. Glycine supports sleep, recovery and overall health more than its effects on muscle size.

Hello, is muscle growth in women normal?
Answer from Harmony Well
Yes, muscle growth in women is normal. Regular exercise, adequate protein intake, and a healthy lifestyle all help to strengthen and develop muscles.
