Instructions for Use: Add 1 teaspoon (or a small pinch) of dried yarrow to a cup (approximately 200 ml) of hot water. To preserve the plant’s beneficial compounds and essential oils, be sure to cover the cup and let it steep for 5–8 minutes. After straining, you can sip it while it’s still warm. Tasting Suggestion: Yarrow has a distinctive, slightly astringent and bitter taste. To mellow the flavor of your tea, you can add a small amount of chamomile, lemon balm, or fresh mint while steeping; once it has cooled, you can sweeten it with honey.
