Instructions for Use: Add 1 teaspoon of dried hyssop to a cup (200 ml) of freshly boiled hot water. Cover the cup and let it steep for 5–8 minutes to allow the plant’s beneficial compounds and soothing essences to fully infuse into the water. After straining, enjoy it warm. (To enhance its soothing effect on the throat and complement its herbal flavor, we recommend adding organic strained honey or a few drops of fresh lemon juice while steeping.)
