Product description

Spy511 - double system reducer chain mechanism coupler cream product code: spy511 product type: pipe end plug set (mechanism coupler / pin / cream) compatibility: double systems and 38mm pipes color: cream (ral 9001) 1. Product description and cream mechanism counterpart spy511 is a cream-colored pipe end plug that is attached to the opposite side of the main mechanism with a reducer (for example spy510) used in double roller blind systems, which accommodates the idle end of the pipe and allows it to rotate.

in dual systems, it allows both Tulle and Sun Visor pipes to fit without problems on the mounting foot (portray) or side cover on the opposite side.

 Complementary part: in systems where spy510 and similar reducer-equipped double mechanisms with cream color are used, it is the mandatory part that completes the other end of the pipe.

 Color harmony: thanks to its cream-colored (ral 9001) plastic structure, it integrates with the cream-colored profiles and legs, presenting an aesthetic appearance.

 Silent rotation: it fits snugly into the slot on the mounting foot, preventing friction noise and vibration that can occur when the curtain is opened and closed.

2. Technical specifications this part has the following specifications for the balance and smooth operation of the system:  Material: break-resistant hard plastic (cream pom/abs) and steel pin (depending on the model).

 Pin structure: round or special bearing pin (suitable for double foot structure).

 Pipe diameter: 38mm (3.8cm) fits into the pipe.

 Set contents: typically includes stoppers needed for the front and rear curtains (or can be sold individually, quantity based on stock availability).

3. Areas of use  Cream double system assembly: as a counter bed in the assembly of cream concept curtains where Tulle and sunshade are together.

 Replacement part: for replacing the broken pins or old white stoppers which become yellow with cream.

 Heavy-duty curtains: for heavy curtains requiring a reducer system, to ensure the bearings are robust enough to handle the load.
