Instructions for Use/Warnings
It can be used both internally and externally. For internal use: Add 2 drops (0.1 ml) to 1 cup (200 ml) of water or 1 tablespoon (5 ml) of olive oil. You can add 1–2 drops of rosemary oil to your meats and dishes to enhance the flavor.
