Product Q&As
I bought the headset and I'm trying to plug in the mic, but it won't stay in. I saw YouTube videos where it plugs in easily, but I've been trying to plug mine in for days—I have to really force it in—but it just won't stay in. Sometimes when I force it, the mic works, but if I move it, it disconnects, and I have to force it back in again. Is this a manufacturing defect, and should I return it?
Answer from E - Box
Okay dear if you're facing such kinda issue then you should check with your nearby electronics shop. But if you wants to make it return then there's a option you can return anytime if you want to so feel free for that dear. Warm regards.

I am experiencing difficulty properly inserting the detachable microphone; it does not appear to seat fully into the port or click into place. Could you please provide any specific instructions or tips on the correct method for attaching the microphone to ensure it connects securely?
Answer from E - Box
Greetings of the day, This is to inform you that, cloud 2 and cloud 3 detachable microphones are very easy and flawlessly connectable you just have to push the microphone until it's adjusted inside properly. For the reference you can review a video on YouTube regarding this sir/madam. Warm regards.
