Product Q&As
I made the purchase, but the part where the suction hose connects to the barrel comes off easily—it’s not secure. Every time I try to use it, it comes loose. I think it’s a manufacturing defect. It arrived today, and I want to return it. How do I go about returning it? For your information, I bought the exact same item from Noon a while back, but it didn’t have this defect.
Answer from SMART APPLIANCES TRADING COMPANY
HI sir/madam, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. The issue may be due to the suction hose not being fitted or locked properly. We recommend checking the connection once again to ensure it is securely attached. If the issue persists, our service team will be happy to assist you. Alternatively, you can request a return directly through Trendyol within the eligible return period. Thank you for your understanding.
