Excellent, but if you change the water tank, the lock will engage automatically for safety reasons. Lock the button from behind before changing the water. After finishing, turn it on.

The refrigerator is cool and works well, thank God. I had a problem with it at first and it didn't work, but I had it repaired and now it's fine. I recommend that you have an electrician turn it on for you.

I made a return and never received it from me, very, very bad dealing with the shipping company and every day I contacted Trendyol and the issue has not been resolved and the product is very bad, the first thing is that there is no hot water and the second thing is that the water doesn't come out of it.

The door is very flimsy; the bottom hinge broke the first time I used it.

The product quality is unacceptable. It is leaking whenever we fill it with water, and we have already wasted two cans of water because of this issue. This clearly indicates that the product is defective. I request you to arrange an immediate replacement or issue a full refund. Please also provide clear return instructions, including how and where I should return the defective product. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
