İthaki Yayınları Image Transformation Therapy

Product description

Image transformation therapy (imtt) is a revolutionary approach within psychological therapies.

people can easily release even their most intense pains and fears through imtt without having to relive them.

guilt and shame feelings are also easily put down.

imtt uses a protocol with a kind of visualization and breathing technique to release emotions.

as a result, traumatic memories can be processed quickly and completely, with fewer complications and less resistance to therapy.

in addition to these new protocols, in which extreme emotions are gently left, imtt proposes a completely new theory of psychological dynamics called the survival model of psychological dynamics.

without any behavior management, this model shows that dysfunctional behaviors can change, providing a new perspective on psychological treatments.

imtt approach to conversion of images

changes psychological dynamics and hence dysfunctional behavior.

in fact, people's behavior can change without any self-awareness.

transforming images transforms behavior.

it is not necessary to be aware of the change in behavior. In this book, you will find the theoretical foundation of imtt and the applications based on this foundation.

i think the book may be a contribution to therapists familiar with approaches such as neuropsychology, evolutionary psychology, polyvagal theory, ericksonian hypnosis, optimal balance model and somatic experiencing. I believe that the evaluations and criticisms of turkish therapists who apply emdr, especially in the context of trauma, or who adopt the heart-centered hypnotherapy approach, can also be valuable.

with the intention that translation is conducive to healing. Product name: image transformation therapy product code: 9789752566842 author: prof.
