Gently massage the scalp with your fingertips in circular motions for 5-10 minutes, to ensure that the oil reaches all the follicles and stimulates blood circulation. You can cover your hair with a plastic cap (thermal bonnet) or a warm towel and leave it on for at least an hour, or overnight for maximum benefit. Wash your hair afterward with your usual shampoo and conditioner. Use 2-3 times a week for best results
