Instructions for Use/Warnings
Apply a thin layer of cream or ointment to the affected area. Gently massage until you are sure that the skin has absorbed most of the medicine. Repeat use 3-4 times daily (as directed by your doctor). Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medicine, unless your hand is infected. Treatment with fusidic acid usually lasts for one week, and it is not recommended to use it for more than 10 consecutive days without consulting a doctor. Avoid applying fusidic acid cream or ointment near the eyes, and wash your eyes thoroughly with cold water if the medicine gets into your eyes. Use the medicine only on the affected area. If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember, unless the next dose is close; in which case, you should skip the missed dose.
