Jp Valerian 250 Mg Soft Gel Capsules primarily consist of natural valerian root extract at a concentration of 1000 mg, producing a standardized extract with 250 mg and 2 mg of total valerenic acid, the most valued active ingredient in valerian.

Valerian belongs to the valerian family and is a perennial flowering plant.

It has a long history of traditional use and is one of the best-known and popular herbal remedies.
