Product Q&As
Hello, there was only one model left that we did not buy, we bought this one too, but will it fit my 40 kg, 9 month old cane corso dog, size L?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ Size Large is suitable, of course. Large size is suitable for all our collar models.

Hello, can this model be used with front traction? Which models can be used?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ Yes, the hook can be attached from the front, but if you want a front-wheel drive model, you can choose the easy walk model, it will be more effective.

Is the lock plastic or metal?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ Our lock place is metal

Hello, I have an English setter dog, he is 6 months old and weighs 13 kg now, but he will grow a little bigger and gain a little more weight. I want it to last a lifetime. Do you think size L is enough for him? When you grow up, you will be a medium-large breed.
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello According to your current weight, you can wear a medium size. Since your chest area is thin, you will use medium in the future. If you do not gain too much weight, the large size is suitable for people over 18-20 kg.

We bought the h model from you 1.5 years ago. It looks sideways. It's a husky. It weighs 27 kilos. I want a two-legged back. What size would it be?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ does the product shift sideways?
Translated by Google
I don't know its gender, I adopted it from the street. chest 68 cm, neck 45 cm/46 cm. I don't know its weight either, maybe 15
Answer from Jimi Pet
According to the measurements you gave, your dog is closer to a large breed. It is very difficult for its weight to be 15 kg. Its measurements belong to dogs weighing 20 kg and above.

Hello, can I know the chest and neck measurements of size L?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ Just tell us your dog's weight and breed and we will tell you the suitable size.
Translated by Google
Hello, chest 73, neck 41, back 60cm, is L suitable?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ I wonder how much it weighs?

Hello, we will prefer for our puppies, they are currently 5-6kg because they are only 3 months old, but what size will be suitable for the doodle breed, which will be 12-13kg when they grow up? Can it be adjusted so that we can wear it both when they are small and when they grow up?
Answer from Jimi Pet
Hello ☺️ Their size is currently small, but when they grow up they will be medium size. If you want, buy a medium size. Once it weighs around 7 kg, the product will be perfect for the puppies. You can always use it in the future ☺️
