Divide the hair into strands, as this makes it easier to apply the mask, especially if the hair is thick and long. Apply the mask from the roots to the ends, and focus on the ends because they usually suffer from severe damage and dryness, and therefore need more care. Comb the hair using your fingers to ensure that the mask reaches all parts of the hair. Cover the hair with a plastic shower cap for 30 to 40 minutes, so that the mask becomes more effective. Rinse the hair after the time has elapsed
