Before first use, wash the product with warm water and a soft sponge and dry it. Use on medium or low heat; do not leave empty on the heat for long periods and avoid sudden temperature changes. During cooking, the body and handles of the product may become hot; to prevent burns, use a pot holder or oven mitt and do not touch hot surfaces with your bare hands. To avoid damaging the coating, use wooden, silicone, or plastic kitchen utensils instead of metal ones. After use, wait for the product to cool completely and wash it by hand; do not use abrasive sponges or chemicals. Store it out of the reach of children and discontinue use if the coating develops serious scratches or deformations.
