Apply a Kinoki detox patch one hour before bedtime. Wash and dry your feet or desired body area before use. Slowly peel off the backing, stick the pad with the adhesive side as shown, and place it on the soles of your feet or any other desired area (socks can be worn if necessary). Wear for 8-10 hours, then remove the pad and wipe the area with a damp towel to remove any stickiness. Used patches may appear dark green or gray as they absorb impurities. Continue nightly until the pad's color lightens. For maintenance use once or twice a week.
