Start with clean, dry skin. Gently roll the microderma roller in one direction—vertically, then horizontally, then diagonally—applying light pressure to each area. Lift the roller and reposition it after each stroke (do not roll it back and forth). Apply your favorite serum, oil, or moisturizer immediately afterward to enhance absorption. Use it two to three times a week, allowing 24 to 48 hours between each session. Avoid using it on active pimples or irritated skin. Clean the tool’s head with rubbing alcohol before and after each use.
