After normal use for two weeks or less, there is condensation or vapor inside the bottle. I would like to return or exchange it, please.

I bought this watch three months ago, and a few days ago it stopped working. Also, one of the small hands has fallen off. Please note that I’ve had it for two years. Please let me know what the solution is and whether you can repair it or replace it.
