The classic Danish Cake Pan, the Lodge Aebleskiver is used to prepare Danish pancake Balls, pastries filled with fruit and even Oysters Rockefeller.

Cast iron is the perfect medium for baking due to the superior heat retention and dispersal.

Suitable for the following heat sources: electric, ceramics, gas, induction and oven, and can be used on BBQ grills.

Do not use in microwave.

Hand wash and dry immediately.

Do not clean in dishwasher.

Made in the USA.
