يوضع على فروة رأس مبللة بوضع كمية قليلة من الشامبو ثم شطف فروة الرأس جيدا ثم يوضع كمية مناسبة مع تدليك رقيق على فروة الرأس ثم يترك من ١٠ إلى ١٥ دقيقة ثم يشطف جيدا.
