Make Over22 lip liner pencil: a soft-textured, matte-effect pencil for defining or filling the lips.

Fast-drying, water- and smudge-resistant.

Used to fill lip contours and prevent lipstick from bleeding outside the lip border.

Can be used alone without lipstick.

Usage tips: Use the lip liner after applying lipstick.

For a fuller-looking lip, choose a shade slightly lighter than the lipstick.

For a more defined/enhanced lip, choose a shade slightly darker.

To match exactly, choose the same shade as the lipstick.

After choosing the liner color, outline the lip edges with the pencil.

Using the liner alone — Method 1: Outline the lips with the liner, then fill the entire lips with the liner for a strong, long-lasting color (about 4 hours).

Method 2: Moisturize lips with a balm and wait 2–4 minutes, blot excess with a tissue by tapping.

Choose a natural shade (nude, pink, soft red), line and fill the lips with the liner

after 30 seconds blot with a tissue to soften the color.

The result is healthy, natural-looking lips that last around 4 hours.
