Its ultra-fine particles have a velvety, blendable texture. It's very lightweight and won't clog pores. It's easy to apply and its shine lasts a long time without smudging or fading. Usage Tips: Before applying the pigment, apply a generous amount of loose powder under your eyes to catch any spills and make removal easier. Use your finger or a makeup brush suitable for the pigment. Apply a pigment setting spray, if available, or simply dampen your eyeshadow with water and then apply it to the pigment powder. Begin distributing it on your eyelid as desired, depending on the look you want to create. After you finish, gently brush off the glitter scattered on your cheeks with a brush.
