Hello, I bought the transparent product for my Stanley Quencher Straw Thermos Cup 1.18 Lt thermos. However, it still leaks a little from the mouth. I installed it by watching the video included in the product content. Where could I be making a mistake? I would be very happy if you help. I asked you. I found where I made a mistake, it doesn't leak now. Thank you, you have developed an excellent product. I was very pleased. Disregard my previous question. I tried to delete the question but since I couldn't, I wanted to update it again.
Answer from MamaStuff
Hi, we are glad the problem was resolved and you are happy with the product. Use it on good days

I watched the video and understood how to use it. I just want to insert the straw into its own hole in the part with the logo. Can it be used that way? If we translate the title?
Answer from MamaStuff
We have customers who use it like that, yes. Only then can it leak by pressing on the silicone piece in the lid.
Translated by Google
Mine does not leak when I do not insert the straw piece and light the other two pieces and turn the Stanley's mouth closure side, but it leaks when I insert the straw and its piece, what do you think the problem could be?
Answer from MamaStuff
Hello, first of all, we ask you to make sure that the image is as in the third photo. The strip part with Stanley logo should be turned, then the No. 2 pipette inlet part should be installed. The strip part should not be turned again, it should remain as in the photo. Then you can attach part number 3 to the middle part under the lid and close the thermos lid. As the last step, the pipette needs to be attached and the number 1 pipette tip protector needs to be installed. After following all the steps, it will definitely not leak.
Translated by Google
You wrote that you should not wash it with chemicals. Can't we wash the product with dishwashing detergent? What do we wash it with?
Answer from MamaStuff
Hello, we have customers who make a habit of using bleach and disinfectant after the pail. That's why this warning was written. For long-term use, we recommend hand washing using soap or dish soap. Best regards
