Product Q&As
Hi, I had a white sediment problem with apple juice concentrate bought on Jan 6. I'm not aware if it was before because I opened the product this week. However, it is a product I have been using for 2 years and I have not experienced anything like this. What is the reason? There is also a photo available, but I cannot post it because I cannot share photos in this area.
Answer from ORGANIC WORLD
Hello sir, there is no problem with the product. In cold environments, the product may freeze and crystallize like honey. It can be melted and consumed again in the Benmari method. With love

Hello, do these products create harmful chemicals when cooked (like molasses when exposed to heat)? Thank you.
Answer from ORGANIC WORLD
Hello sir, molasses should not be exposed to heat, sir, you can add apple juice both while cooking and on the product. However, we still do not recommend its use in a boiling product. For example, like making jam ☺️ you can use it in pancakes 🥰 With love 🌸
